The aim of the group is to improve fluency and confidence in spoken French, with the emphasis on fun and participation for all levels of proficiency. We meet in members’ houses, which helps create an informal, friendly atmosphere. At meetings we have had discussions on an agreed topic, involving some preparation, played games such as Articulate and recently have been spending more time just chatting naturally.
