Semi-tones is a music group, currently with three guitarists, a bass guitarist, a keyboard player and a drummer. We play mainly fifties and sixties pop, rock and blues music, such as, Sunny Afternoon by the Kinks, and Can’t Take my Eyes off You by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. It is great fun to be able to play different instruments together and re-live our youth. Any new players or singers, who enjoy pop, rock and blues numbers, will be welcomed into the group.

The group meets fortnightly in Letham St Marks, where there is easy parking (useful for our equipment) and where we have use of the PA system, sound board and drum kit.

In 2023, together with the Ukulele group, we put on a performance for members of Perth u3a at Letham St Marks. The event was repeated in 2024, when the two groups played two songs together as well as pieces played separately.
