We are a discussion group where every member of the Group takes a turn to give an informal presentation on a topic that has Something Scottish in its content. But this is just the starting point for a discussion involving all the members.

Members bring in a wide range of topics to our meetings. Some of last year’s talks covered
- The railway disaster of May 1915 near Gretna
- A carless adventure in the Hebrides- cycling from Vatersay to the Butt of Lewis
- Mary Somerville
- Aberfoyle slate quarries
- Lord Rollo and Duncrub estate
- High jinks in mediaeval castles
So a wide range of interests and much discussion.
